The Schools Division Office of Catanduanes, in cooperation with San Andres Vocational School, is running an online bazaar called Isla Bingala to help learners and teachers in the province introduce and sell their products.
From handmade crafts, food products, garden plants, fresh produce, garments, to paintings, these products are produced at home or in schools.
All proceeds shall be for learners' education and school improvements.
@IslaBingalaOfficial is also the division's entry to the 2021 Regional EPP/TLE/TVE/TVL Showcase, an online contest by DepEd Region 5.
