ENROLLMENT FOR SY 2021-2022 IS NOW OPEN for incoming Grade 7, Grade 11, and transferees.
Bring the following requirements:
1. Original Report Card of the last Grade level completed
2. Photocopy of Birth Certificate
Submit requirements to the Enrolling Personnel at the Enrollment Kiosk near the gate. Please observe proper health protocols.
Note: For incoming Grade 8, 9, 10, and 12 who are non-transferees, submit your report card from the previous grade level for confirmation of your enrollment.
