SAVS is Best Brigada Eskwela Implementer - Municipal Level

San Andres Vocational School (SAVS) has once again been judged as the best implementer of Brigada Eskwela among other schools in the municipality of San Andres.

This was announced by the School Pricipal, Ms. Amelia R. Eusebio, after the initial monitoring by the evaluation team from the DepEd Catanduanes Division Office, where schools where judged based on the participation and accomplishment of Brigada Eskwela.

Brigada Eskwela is an annual week-long event of the Department of Education where public schools nationwide observe the School Maintenance Week with the support of various stakeholders of the schools, particularly the students, faculty and personnel, parents, and community people.

As the municipal winner, SAVS will represent San Andres in the search for Best Brigada Eskwela Implementer in the Division of Catanduanes. SAVS administration aims to bag the title again this year. Last year, SAVS represented Catanduanes in the big school category in the regional search for best implementer of Brigada Eskwela after winning the Division level.

The school is still awaiting for the evaluators from the Division level. The school principal stressed to all students, faculty members, and other stakeholders that the objectives of Brigada Eskwela should be observed the whole year for it to be truly effective in making the school conducive to learning and growth.
